In addition to various high-precision cutting spindles used in machining equipment, Renaud provides customers with various high-speed, high-precision motors/generators. The design, machining, assembly and testing of the motors/generators are all completed at the original Swiss Renaud factory. All components used are original European parts, such as e+a stators and rotors from Switzerland, and bearings from FAG, GMN, etc.
The radial and axial runout at the high-speed motor shaft end is no more than 1.5um, and the combined vibration at the front and rear bearing positions does not exceed 1mm/s. The motor diameter can reach 280mm, torque can reach 300Nm, and speed can reach 120,000rpm. Cooling methods include liquid cooling and air cooling; lubrication methods include grease lubrication and oil-air lubrication; shaft output forms can be made as plain shaft, spline, keyed shaft, taper, flange and other forms according to requirements. Depending on the application, customers can choose high-precision encoders, vibration sensors, bearing temperature sensors and other functions.
We can produce various high-speed, high-precision motors as well as high-speed generators. In addition, we can configure cooling systems, oil-air lubrication systems, high-frequency converters and other peripheral products for customers.
