Renaud supplies boring, milling, turning and turn-mill composite spindles of various specifications. The design, machining, assembly and testing of the spindles are all completed at the original Swiss Renaud factory. All components used are original European parts, such as e+a stators and rotors from Switzerland, L+B encoders from Germany, OTT drawbar mechanisms from Germany, and bearings from FAG, GMN, etc. The radial and axial runout at the boring/milling spindle nose is no more than 1.5um, the runout at the far end is controlled within 5-8um (can also be controlled within 2-3um if the customer requires), and the combined vibration at the front and rear bearing positions does not exceed 1mm/s. Currently the spindle outer diameter can reach 270mm and torque can reach 300Nm. Tool change methods include automatic and manual tool change. Automatic tool change spindles are available with HSK, ISO (BT), BBT, CAPTO and other taper series. The spindle can be optionally equipped with a thermal growth sensor and various other sensors.
In addition to spindles, we can configure cooling systems, oil-air lubrication systems, high-frequency converters, high-precision tool holders and other peripheral products for customers.
